Okay I am the same anon again, but people with BPD who aren’t also bipolar don’t experience manic episodes. They can have states that have similar symptoms but they usually don’t last as long and are heavily affected by the environment, whereas mania needs to last at least a week with hypomania lasting 4+ days, but both can last up to several months. People who have euphoric moods due to BPD can have them as short as a few hours, or as long as a couple days. Having both is definitely possible though (Source: Diagnosed with bipolar for four years, have BPD traits, and has friends with BPD but not bipolar that I’ve talked symptoms with a lot to try and help us both learn). Sorry, that’s a bit of a pet peeve of mine but I hope I came off okay and I can come off anon in DMs if you want. 😅

dfkjghdf is a few minutes past midnight here so I’l take the buenas noches ;) I don’t think we have a warm hugs equivalent? We don’t use that phrase (at least not that I know of lol) but you can say just “abrazos” or something like “abrazos de oso” which is “bear hugs” for a more specific kind of hug lol

And yeah, Hermanos y Detectives is about this himbo detective, Franco (Rodrigo de la Serna) and his little half brother Lorenzo (Rodrigo Noya) who he meets when he finds out he has to take care of cause their father died and has left Franco in charge. Now Lorenzo is super intelligent, has a 200 IQ and helps Franco with his cases :’) And they’re adorable! <3

And you get to see Rodrigo de la Serna with a stupid moustache, running like a roadrunner in more than one episode and also dancing silly like that dkjghkdfg Also being a himbo and a good brother :’) I love that show so much!
